Healthy Tip: Do something for yourself everyday
This time of year can be hectic. The holidays have us running errands for gifts and attending holiday events (probably virtually this year!). Work can be extra busy as the year wraps up and we prepare for next year. The holiday season can be one of the most stressful of the year. Take 5 minutes each day for yourself. Whether it is a walk around the neighborhood, an intense workout or even as simple as lighting your favorite candle. You can’t pour for an empty cup, so take time to make sure you are taking care of yourself!
Workout: Might look a little familiar!
Warm-up:
10 jumping jacks
10 burpees
10 mountain climbers
10 jump lunges
For time:
100 body weight squats
50 crunches
25 pushups
Repeat 3 times- Can you beat your time from last week by 60 seconds or more?
