Healthy Tip: Movement In The Morning Kickstarts Your Day
It's no secret that exercise revs up your energy level. If you are feeling fatigued, chances are the last thing you want to do is exercise. When getting your workout completed in the morning, you avoid the risk of being too tired at the end of the work day. Starting with just ten minutes of movement each morning will increase your energy throughout the day. Create small goals to start the day and you will notice your routine gets easier and easier with less daily fatigue.
Workout: Bodyweight Core And Arms
30 seconds each:
Push-Ups
Shoulder Taps
Forearm Plank Reach
Dead Bugs
Rest for 45 seconds
30 seconds each:
Skaters
Burpees
Plank Jack
High Plank
Rest for 45 seconds
Repeat the circuit 4 times
