WORKOUT OF THE WEEK
5 rounds of 20 yard sprints. In between each sprint, do the following:
10 Mountain climbers (5 each leg)
10 Single leg hops (5 each leg)
Once the 5 rounds of sprints are completed:
100 push ups
100 squats with dumbbells
100 overhead presses with dumbbells
100 body weigh lunges with dumbbells (50 each leg)
