WORKOUT OF THE WEEK

10 rounds as fast as possible


10 squats weights at shoulders with dumbbells

5 squat jumps

10 overhead presses with dumbbells

5 jumping jacks

10 reverse lunges with dumbbells (10 each leg)

5 alternating jump lunges (5 each leg)

10 renegade rows with dumbbells (10 each arm)

5 burpees
