HEALTHY TIPS
Take a deep breathe.
Your breathe is a powerful tool to help settle your mind and your spirit. Throughout the day, if you are feeling overwhelmed, anxious or just need a minute to your self, try taking slow, deep inhales and even, steady exhales for 1 minute.
Do this as many times a day as needed. Notice your breathing and your heart rate before and after!

10 push-ups
15 body weight squats
15 jumping jacks
10 plank jacks
15 curtsey squats
20 mountain climbers
15 body weight squats
10 alternating jump lunges
