This past weekend NBC10 Boston visited and gave Drew an opportunity to discuss our journey.

Workout:

Full Body Push / Pull

60 deadlifts - lower body pull

60 single arm floor presses (each arm) - upper body push

60 in place lunges (each leg) - lower body pull

60 single arm bent over row (each arm) - upper body pull
