Healthy Tip: 


Take a lap.

Many of us spend 8+ hours a day hunched over at a computer. Let’s not start on how much time we spend hunch over our phones. Set an alarm or reminder on your phone for every 60, 90 or 120 minutes to get up and do a quick lap around your workspace. Regardless if that is your kitchen or an office, taking short breaks throughout the day can help you stay focused and more productive during the day. 

Workout: 


AMRAP in 30 minutes: 

30 jumping jacks 

30 body weight squats 



30 reverse lunges (ea. leg) 

:30 second straight arm plank 

:30 second wall sit 

15 push-ups 

Repeat as many round as possible in 30 minutes
